The Winston will be coming to Warrior’s field this Friday and they will be bringing one of the best running backs in Texas for 6-man football.

The young man rushed for 415 yards in their game against OLH last week and accomplished that feat on 45 carries.

Now you will get the ‘Rest of the Story’: SA The Winston lost the game.

The Eagles don’t fly very high during their football games. The Wilkerson offense relies on keeping the bird for a ground attack.

Fans at this game will be able to see if the team is based on one running back and a few of his merry man, or a running back with a whole host of teammates called a team.

The Winston gave up 120 and 109 points earlier this year in a shoot outs. They were .500 in the games, but that certainly makes their defense look suspect.

The question will reside on who can outscore the other team.

Defense for Bracken is not an afterthought. There are several players that love hitting opponents and playing defense more than offense.

Eli Achilles would fit that prescription and with the added bonus of Austin Wilkinson, Bracken will be able to stop the Eagles offense many more times than getting stopped. (if at all)

Bracken has not punted yet this season and the ReSporter does not see that happening in this game either.

In contrast, Grady Achilles also has a dog in this fight and can match up very well in the number game with The Winston’s Wilkerson.

The 415 yards gained in last week’s game was an average of a little over nine yards per try.

Contrast Grady Achilles: He has touched the ball by receiving seven times and has scored on each reception for an average of 38 yards per catch.

Rushing? How about 50 carries for 877 yards, averaging a little over 17 yards per tote.

Based on last week’s game, Wilkerson had 415, but Grady Achilles could achieve 790 yards based on the same amount of carries with his average of 18 yards per carry.

Those numbers tell you that Grady Achilles is twice the runner Wilkerson is for The Winston.

Grady would give credit to the team for his astronomical numbers, because the blocking allows Mr. Achilles to get his patented cut back runs and burst of speed through whatever gets in his way to reach the end zone.

This will be another mercy game, but the entertainment value will be enhanced as you study the different running styles of two good running backs.

You need more Eagles if you want to win playing the game by rushing. The Winston does not have enough Eagles to get the job done.
