4A Marble Falls
4A Lehman
4A Hays High
3A Smithville
3A Wimberley
2A Blanco

Competing with this many teams will allow athletes to perform at a much better level and improve their event when the next meet might be against athletes from the smaller schools.

Suffice to say, the fourth place finish is not a defeat but another rung on the ladder as the students prepare for the next chance to compete.

Looking above at the times you will notice that all three Relay Events had their best times of the year.

In fact, the Mile Relay beat last year’s team by almost two seconds. Now you would see a third place finish, when the Coaches see an event that sets them up for a chance to win the District 26-3A meet.

Canyon Lake will be performing this Friday at Dripping Springs as they continue to improve upon their events.
