Lady Hawks Basketball after win in Johnson City

last Friday.

The Hawks were in a battle the whole game but were able to lead by 6 at halftime.

Amber Ramsey was able to control the boards while getting her second double figure total finishing with 11 karooms.

Freshman Sarah Russell was the only Hawk to finish in double figures scoring as she finished with 11 points.

This game could of been a blow out if the Hawks could of shot 30% or more percent from the field.

Head Coach MaryBeth Gallagher has preached defense this season and holding Bastrop to 14 points in the first half was a key in getting the victory.

The Hawks will be on the road this Tuesday when they face Comfort. Go Hawks!
