The Bee Gees had a hit song called, Staying Alive===Staying Alive, and that is just what the Canyon Lake Hawks did with their win at Bandera as they stayed alive in District 28-4A with a 2 point victory, 46-44.
Canyon Lake will have a chance of keeping their 1st Place spot with a win over Bandera tonight.
The Varsity Game will start after the Hawk JV contest with pre-game at 6:15pm and Tip-Off following at 6:30pm.
Canyon Lake is presently tied for 1st Place with Fredericksburg and Boerne as they go to battle in tonight’s contest.
The Billies and Greyhounds will be battling each other tonight and the winner will be tied with Canyon Lake if they can win tonight.

Canyon Lake takes Fredericksburg and a tie for first place in their District 28-4A race after a 9 point win, on a Thursday night, over the Billies, 47-38.

Canyon Lake started strong after reeling off 6 straight points to start their contest against Fredericksburg, but after that, it was the Billie show and a 20 point win, 53-33.

Lady Hawks took care of business after disposing the Hondo Owls for the 3rd time this year, 43-31.

Canyon Lake Hawks won the last 3 quarters, 43-40 but that first stanza was brutal as the Hondo Owls put a 19 point deficit to start the game and eventual victory, 63-47 on the road last Friday night.
Girls Hawk Soccer Finishes 3rd in Brush Tournament after win over Beeville, 3-1.
Canyon Lake Girl’s Soccer finished in 3rd place in the Brush County Tournament which was the Hawks first tournament for the 2018 season.
The first part of the game with Canyon Lake’s JV team and Wimberley was noticed during the outset after the tip.

Canyon Lake has a two game winning streak over Wimberley after winning their final non-district game over the Texan’s, 48-46.

The Canyon Lake Hawks could not finish in their game with Boerne as they were outscored by 10 points in the final quarter losing to Boerne, 58-48 as they will try to regroup at home this Friday against Hondo.
