CL Hawks Water Polo Clinch 3rd Place Seed after beating Pieper, 18-9. Go Hawks!!
Canyon Lake’s Water Polo team (5-2-1) secured a playoff spot after their doubling the Pieper Warriors, 18-9 last Tuesday. This win was a carbon copy as their previous match-up when the Hawks used the same score for that away contest.

The Lake continues to show improvement but still comes up short by 7 points to another larger school losing, 50-43 on the road in San Antonio.

Canyon Lake’s Cross Country Boys & Girls had a good day in the Canyon Cougar Invitational XC meet last week.
How good? Both squads went where no other Hawk Cross Country has ever gone with the Lady Hawks finishing 2nd and the Boys winning it all.

Canyon Lake ran out of ammo in loss to Boerne Champion as turnovers and pass defense allowed explosive plays that gave the Chargers enough space for this 22 point victory, 42-20.

The Energizer Hawks kept going and going in win over Fredericksburg, 52-45 with plenty of offense for both sides.
Hawk’s were a blur with a coming out party and, 24-0 win over the Billies Goats!
What a difference a week will make!! A team with very little production in a loss to Wimberley was turned completely around when CL’s defense shut-out Freddie and this Hawk offense used their slot-t to perfection in a dominating win.

CLJV’s RB Slater Sutherland found that land was selling at a premium in loss to Texans.
