CL Ladies’ Basketball Salute to Seniors and All-District Awards

Marley Carrizales was voted on the 1st Team All-District Squad.
Canyon Lake’s Ladies Basketball had three players picked for District 28-4A All-District Honors.
Senior Marley Carrizales was picked for 1st Team with Chelsea Tschoepe and Jessie Melendez getting on the 2nd Team roster.

Lady Hawks Lose Bi-District Game to Liberty Hill, 46-29

Canyon Lake’s Ladies Basketball team were beaten by a better defensive team in their Bi-District contest and ended their season with a, 22-11 season after loss to Liberty Hill, 46-29.

The Hawk Lady Basketball lived to see another day after racing to a 14 point first half advantage that was enough for a, 36-32 win over Llano in this play-in contest.
Lady Hawks Lose to Llano and Will Set Up Play-In Game on Friday
Wednesday, February 12th, 2020Canyon Lake Ladies ran out of time in loss to Llano after suffering a 2 point set-back, 45-43. CL’s scenario has now been set with a one game play-in on Friday in Fredericksburg for a chance to continue season.
