Canyon Lake’s Sub-Varsity continue to improve after their first and last scrimmage before the season starts in earnest this coming Thursday.
Canyon Lake did well in their only scrimmage before the curtain raises next week in Wimberley. The Hawks won their two quarters of live football, 28-14 while racking up 389 yards and holding the Greyhounds to 208 yards during the two live quarters.
Canyon Lake Football will have their first and last scrimmage on Friday when they travel to Boerne with a scrimmage to a former district opponent.
