Bracken Christian stormed Winston with their fifth win and also their fifth mercy game against this Eagle school. BCS ran away with a 53-8 final.
Head Coach Lloyd Fields reached the 50 win hurdle with his stay at Bracken Christian on this night.
It was a complete game for the Warriors as they had their most rushing yards (352) in one half of play.
“We felt this was our second time this year we played very well on both sides of the ball,” Head Coach Lloyd Fields commented. “Our defense took a sabbatical in last week’s game.”
Based on how this school has rushed the ball in the past five, then you will know that this is quite an accomplishment. BCS has won 34 mercy games now with 26 games in a row without being on the losing end.
After a Winston punt on their first series, Bracken was deep in their territory on their two yard line.
A 78 yard run by Eli Achilles and Bracken would not be threatened for the rest of this night.
