Canyon Lake’s second half continued to shine as the Hawk’s win over Burnet coupled with a Lampasas loss had CL atop District 13-4A standings.

The Lake’s Junior Varsity held off a furious Burnet rally in an eventual win after scoring 24 points in that 2nd quarter leaving the Hawks with a, 32-14 lead at halftime.
