The Hawks had a break even week with some wins and losses as they go into an abbreviated 4 days of action starting on Tuesday.

Canyon Lake’s Tennis team suffered their fist loss of the year against Davenport and will be back in action tomorrow in their first district contest in Wimberley.
A young and talented group of athletes that might have some surprises this year.
Volleyball had a win and loss as they continue their road to district competition that will start on October 22nd.
This week the Hawks will welcome Cuero and John Paul tomorrow and Friday at the Hawk Nest. Two home games that will help as some players return that have been out of action.
Cross Country will have their run on Friday morning in San Marcos while Football will have the Sub-Varsity in action on Thursday at home against Beeville Jones.
That means CL’s varsity will be on the road for their 730pm kick-off.

Don’t forget that the Canyon Lake Boosters will have their ‘Watch Party’ at the Dam. A fun time last week and with such a long trip this week it might be a good time to come out and enjoy other Hawk fans in rooting for your Hawks and another win.
Get their early and bring some refreshment for an enjoyable evening.
