Canyon Lake had an up and down week with Boys (spilt their games) & Girls Basketball are playing for next season. The Boys Friday loss put a big dent in making the post-season that will make the second round of district contests with no room for making mistakes on winning those doable battles.

Boys & Girls Soccer was up and down as the Boys still trying to get their game in gear while the Ladies stayed undefeated with their win over Freddie as district is in full gear.

CL’s Lady Soccer is in the toughest district in Texas for the 4A Classification and reached #1 in one of the two polls which is a first for any Canyon Lake sports to reach that goal.

Now The Lake’s Ladies will me in a mine field playing through their schedule starting this Tuesday for a Senior Night battle with Bandera and then a match-up with another school (Wimberley) in district that has reached #1 in that other poll.

Those Spring Sports are getting in full gear as you can look above and see Baseball~Softball~Tennis and soon The Lake’s Track will start in the middle of this month.
