Hawk Football Tunnel Fund Raiser

Greetings:
We are writing this note to ask for your assistance in helping us raise funds for this much needed ‘NEW HAWK TUNNEL.’
We would like to move out on this fund raiser immediately so we get this tunnel before the beginning of school year, with this being said, we need to place an order ASAP!
As you all know, our HAWKS’ Football team is in need of a new and safer tunnel. Our current tunnel finally died before the second playoff game last season, the motor broke before the game started and the tunnel has several small holes throughout which will require maintenance soon.
We took the liberty of looking into another tunnel and getting the plan approved by our Booster Club and Coach Drum.
Our booster club has agreed to allow the use of the tax deductible form for those making donations toward this tunnel and approved a listing of names of those that contributed to a one pager in our program.
You can see the two concepts of the new tunnel with both tunnels reflecting the letter “CL” on the front door although not shown in both pictures.
New Proposed Football Tunnels
Listed below is the cost breakdown of tunnel:
1. Hawk Tunnel, 1 HP Blower, Storage Bag and 3 Year Factory Warranty for Material and Workmanship= Price=$7,000
2. Fogger Machine=$460.00
3. Shipping Charge=$170.00
4. Total Cost=$7,630.00
Facts about the New Tunnel:
1. It is one piece at 28′ wing spread
2. It is 20′ long with letters “CL” on front
3. It is 9′ tall inside tunnel without floor
4. It is 10′ wide inside the tunnel
5. 50% of the total price of tunnel must be paid when order is placed and balance before shipping.
6. Approximately 30-45 days to get tunnel in our possession once order has been place and final payment made.
7. No advertisement listed on the side of this tunnel.
On July 11th at 10 am we are having a community wide Car Wash fundraiser in three locations:
CVS- Startzville –Cody Hebert Team lead
Security State Bank – Hancock – Glenn Erikson (optimist Club) Team lead
O’Rileys/ Dollar General – Sattler- Rufus Woods/ Cory Martelli Team lead
The Football Players from 7-12th grades will be out washing and accepting donations for this event at each of these locations in order to raise money for this new Hawk Football Tunnel.
