The Hawks will have a show down game this Tuesday when Fredericksburg comes to town for a battle of the last two undefeated district teams.

Homecoming is right around the corner and Go Hawks

Fredericksburg is on a 4 game winning streak after beating Bandera last Friday and setting up this showdown game.

After this week the Hawks will have finished their first round of District 28-4A games with a road game to Bandera this coming Friday.

That will be a big game as CL will go into that game with undefeated or one loss based on the results of the Billies game.

Canyon Lake has a whopping one victory over Fredericksburg which occurred last year when the Hawks broke the ice in winning their first game and a series record of, 1-11.

So the Billies has been a nail in the Hawks side for a long period of time and winning will be another big win as this

Volleyball Hawks Flying High

Hawk team has their sights on another District Championship.

Boerne crashed and burned this past week when CL dropped the Greyhounds with their second district loss and not a lot of time to get back into the race. If the Hawks can sweep this week’s games then this CL team will be in the driver’s seat for a run of winning it all.

A bad loss to La Vernia might have been the best thing to happen for Canyon Lake as this team seems to be focused and ready for the challenge.

Having a big crowd this Tuesday will give a shot of momentum for the Hawks as they fight for supremacy in District 28-4A.
