Pre/Game:

Bracken Christian  @ Round Rock Christian
              Warriors (3-0)    @   Crusaders (1-2)

Game Time: 7:30 pm   September 16th

 History: BCS leads series 1-0.
 ‘10 BCS 57  Crusaders  00

 This Year:
 RR Crusaders 32  Houston Emery-Weiner  66
RR Crusaders 58  Prairie Lea                     13
RR Crusaders 06  Kerrville OLH                 65

BCS Warriors    68  Austin Hill Country    48
 BCS Warriors    58  Hou. Emery-Weiner    08
BCS Warriors    66  Tomball Rosehill        18

The Warriors will start their middle of the schedule time now, which simply means Bracken has not lost a game during the middle part of the season for the last four years.

This time last year, the BCS defense held four teams with out a point during this part of the schedule. To put that in another light, the Warriors offense scored 229 consecutive points during that time frame.

Bracken Christian has also been scored on, nine times, and have answered those scores seven of those times. Another incredible stat would be the amount of time it took the Warriors to answer the score.

Are you ready for this? How about a total of 8:21 and that averages out to one minute and three seconds per touchdown that is scored on Bracken.

The Warriors have been successful scoring the next touchdown after scored upon at a .778 percentage. Austin Hill Country is the only team thus far that has scored two touchdowns in a row.

BCS has also increased their their passing yardage in last week’s game and now will spend the next few weeks working on the ‘little’ things. That is what will win championships.

This weeks game will be a good indicator on how Bracken and OLH compare. The Crusaders were beaten by OLH last week 65-6 and this game will give an indication on where the two teams compare.

The first three contests have been statement games. Now the Warriors will work on other facets for the ultimate goal….playoffs.

You are seeing several players starting to make their mark. Arnold Adame comes to mind, and Austin Wilkinson doing everything, but working in the concession stand and serving pop-corn.

After this road game the Warriors will set up playing at home for every game but one.

Look for this to be another ‘mercy’ game for the Road Warriors.
