Here are some testimonies from of the most recent attendees and their parents:
“Coming to Coach Wood’s workouts has improved my throwing, fielding, and hitting. I feel more confident on the field and at the plate. As a sophomore at Canyon Lake High School, these workouts will allow me the opportunity to succeed on the varsity level this coming season.”
Caleb Williams, SO, Infielder, CLHS
“I had tremendous problems with my throwing motion and follow through. Coach Wood has taken individual one on one time and developed a much smoother throwing motion from my catcher’s position. My footwork, arm slot, velocity and accuracy has all improved due to my time at NO BS Baseball.”
“As a parent, this is the best bargain in local baseball! The cost of professional coaching is something that is outrageous. Coach Wood spend more dedicated time with each player in getting to know them, their weaknesses and strengths, the families, the player’s goals for high school, college and beyond. The benefits will surely outweigh the minimal cost.”
Kyle Doerfler, JR, Catcher, CLHS and Keith Doerfler, Parent, CLHS
“Coach Wood has developed my foot work and arm motion to be quicker from my third base position. He has helped with my approach to balls hit at my glove and backhand side. He has also taught me to become more aggressive on my base running and given me baseball hints on becoming a base stealer.”
Pierce Kyle, JR, NBHS
“As a community service league and supporter of two 6A local school programs in New Braunfels, NBLL is honored to have Coach Wood run these workout camps. We serve over 1550 youth in our community. Never before have we had a professional coach want to offer this type of professional instruction that has proven to bring players to the next level. Coach Wood not only teaches the fundamentals of baseball, but he incorporates the values of life that player learn when they are on the field. We are very pleased to have this opportunity and encourage people to come out.”
Travis Waxler, President, New Braunfels
