The Canyon Lake Hawks will conclude their first half of district play this Friday when they host Boerne Greyhounds.

The Hawks find themselves in the thick of the race for a playoff spot after winning Tuesday night at Navarro.

Five teams have a shot at first place and if the Hawks can get on a run, then they could reach the upper echelon in the standings.
