The Hawks will be hosting District 27-3A District Track Meet and a good chance for CL

fans to see some good athletes from across the district schools.

Many of the running finals will be staged on Thursday while Field Events will be finished on Wednesday.

Canyon Lake has many athletes that will need as many fans to yell them on as they pursue their quest for making the Region Meet.

Golf will also be finishing up with their district tournament on Monday and Tuesday for a chance of continuing on with some good scores.

The Hawk Golf club has finished high in each tournament and in this sport anything can change on any hole. Our golf team will have a good chance of making some noise this year.

Baseball is going through a tough stretch and will need to turn the tables this week when they take on Wimberley.

Their game earlier this year had a Hawk win and if CL can sweep Wimberley then they can replace the Texans for second place in district play.

Three losses in their last four games will need to be the focus of how to make a move in the standings.

Softball has their back against the wall with only four more games left in the season and Canyon Lake will be hosting the undefeated Bulldogs from Bandera on Tuesday.

A win in this game would certainly change the complexion for this Hawk team as they will end this week in Wimberley for another game that will need a win to heighten Canyon Lake’s chance of still qualifying for a playoff spot.

A busy week with a lot of action as Canyon Lake’s JV Baseball team will also be at home on Monday against Boerne with the first pitch at 5pm and then their second game starting at 7pm.
