Bracken Christian has a chance of playing a team for the second time in one season and that might not be a position this team will not think would be a positive.
The Warriors were manhandled by Veritas earlier this year as they passed on BCS all night long to mark their name number 1 on the list of most yardage gained ever on Bracken by the pass.
This team has players to spare so a let down will not be probable as their Coach can go to the well enough times in order to find a player that will want to get on the field.
If Coach Fields did that he would here crickets as he counted his two players standing next to him.
Bracken has been a patchwork team as each week they just don’t know who will be ready to go to battle based on injuries and sickness…
This week the Warriors will need to get their best from each player as now the season is very simple….you lose….your out.
In Bracken’s last game with Veritas, the on-side kick was one of many downfalls.
That is one part of this game that will need to be rectified big time to give Bracken Christian a chance of keeping this game close.
Turnovers were also a big part of their game earlier this season and that goes without saying so (The ReSporter) will type it, that taking care of the football becomes a big issue.
Another part of the game that will need to be improved is Bracken’s passing game as the Warriors were not able to capitalize when they did not even reach 100 yards in that part of their game.
Quarterback Brady Beene was not able to get a pass off because the Veritas defense was setting up shop on Bracken’s side of the ball for most of this night.
You get the idea, BCS will need to shore up a lot of things in order to bring this game into a chance for a win.
Austin Veritas is ranked 3rd in the State and winning this game will put either team in the Final Four as these are the last eight teams standing.
Bracken has several players with Senior leadership and that will need to be utilized as this game will need to be a perfect as possible for a win.
Go Warriors Beat the Defenders!!!
