Canyon Lake’s Tennis Squad started their Spring Season on Friday and then Winter hit for their tournament this week and had their games moved up tho Jack Frost was still in attendance for the sport with wind and cold, the two entities that can make this sport tough when conducted outside.

Canyon Lake Baseball has finished their first two scrimmages and if scoring runs is a good indicator on how good a team might be then the Hawks might have a chance to finish 4th in District 28-4A.

A hectic day does not keep this group of ladies under water after new records set at Regions.
“‘The obstacle is the way – Performance through adversity. This is how Champions are chiseled out of mere athletes,’ We’ve been preaching this to our athletes all year, and it definitely was evident yesterday,” Coach Kimberley Moses said of her team. “Our ladies walked into the natatorium early yesterday morning as athletes and walked out late last night as champions.”

The surprised Hawk team for this year has to be the Ladies Soccer crew. They sport a 12-3 record entering district play next week.
