The Mountain Valley Hawks 7A’s stingy defense was enough for a 10 point win over Canyon Middle School, 16-6 on Tuesday night at the CLHS Hawk Nest.

Mountain Valley’s 7th B team was awakened and carried an unprecedented comeback and win over Canyon MS, 22-20. Those 22 points were the most scored this season against Canyon MS.

Canyon Lake’s first win was their last test before district and with just enough offense to go along with a heavy dose of defense helped these Hawks, in putting together, their best complete game of the season over East Central, 20-10.
