With Football season at our doorstep The ReSporter will share the All-Time Top 10 List. A blast from the past revisiting those Hawks that excelled on the gridiron. Hopefully there will be some present players that can make the list.

Chase Anderson, Griffen Williams, and Hunter Anderson were joined by 6 other Hawks that made  200th place  or better in the State of Texas in 10 categories this past season out of 1652 players in class 4A.

Canyon Lake Hawks’ Players were mentioned 32 Times with the Earned Run Average category with the most which included CL’s whole pitching staff being mentioned. Hits included 4 Hawks was next up after another dominating season.

The Lake had 9 players reach the Top 200 at least once with Griffen Williams leading the pack totaling 9 times.

CL’s Baseball Team found that they still have a ways to go in order to finish this season strong after suffering a one run loss to Wimberley and then succumbing to 5A Boerne Champion, 5-3 on Saturday.

Softball will start up next week when the Hawks take on a softy (not really) at Westlake next Tuesday, February 15th.

                                           Parker Mott made his mark in several basketball categories!!

The ReSporter started doing top-ten starting the 2nd year and the Boys Basketball Top-Ten has always been the most requested with former players wanting to know if they are still on this list and probably come back during the season to see if there might be a present player that could move them down a notch or eradicate them from the list all together.
