Hawk Baseball will be commencing in February and this team should be well stocked after losing just one player to graduation . That has left a slew of players ready to compete for a chance to show what they are capable of doing as depth will be on display early and often.

Canyon Lake’s Junior Varsity swatted a YellowJacket in winning their 2nd District 28-4A contest for the year and on the road, 48-35.

The Canyon Lake Hawks had 6 players chosen for 1st-2nd Team All-District for this past season. Four of the six players chosen will be back for another year or two as CL will see if they can continue their streak of bettering their .500 mark and run their winning season streak to five years.

Both Boys & Girls can’t keep up with Boerne.
Both of the Boy’s & Girl’s Varsity Basketball games did not end well for the Canyon Lake faithful after a 33 point loss for the boys and 15 point set-back at the hands of the Boerne whitewashing on Tuesday night.
