Golf: CL Finish 6th in FHS Invitational

Hawks Gold Team Ready themselves for District 27-3A play

Canyon Lake Golf Team finished 6th Place in the FHS Boys Invitational with a field of 16 teams.

This tournament was a good barometer for the Hawks to see where they might stand against their district foe.

The Hawks were led by a 2nd Place Finish from Skylar Tschoepe as he carded a 76 only one stroke off from the top spot.

District 27-3A will be in action for the real deal in two weeks on April 8-9 as Canyon Lake has been consistent this season.

In district play CL will have two rounds of competition which helps in evening a one bad day. Which can happen to any player as many recreational golfers know.
