Boys Track & Field Prepares for Area Meet
Distance runner Gipson Cover will be looking to book 2 reservations for Kingsville’s Regional Meet,

This Wednesday, The Lake, will travel to Lago Vista for an Area Track Meet pitted against District 25-4A and The ReSporter has the top 4 from that district marks which involves a Hawk Athlete.
This will show what distance or time will be needed for The Lake to take more students to Kingsville. It is a 4th place or better or go home time of year.
A good track season where The Lake upped their game which was led by the 4×100 relay that broke out last week with the best time since that 2012 relay team of Zach Henshaw, Doug Hubnik, Eduardo Covarrubias and Daniel Camarillo.

Regional will have the top 4 from three other Area Meets around South Texas and The ReSporter will share marks from those different meets who qualify for Regionals.
